Girls Power Hour

Girls Power Hour is an after-school & summer program designed specifically for young females to receive specialized weight room coaching from female trainers in a comfortable, supportive setting. This unique program empowers young women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate any weight room with ease and self-assurance. Through expert instruction on proper exercise techniques, participants develop not only physical strength but also the mental fortitude that extends far beyond the gym. Our participants often return from college sharing how their training has given them an edge—many outperforming male peers because they've learned to train effectively and confidently in traditionally male-dominated spaces.
