SkanStrength Fit40 delivers complete fitness in 40 minutes or less, fitting efficiently into your busy schedule. Our program builds real-world athleticism—enhancing balance, coordination, and functional strength through varied workouts using bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, and more. You'll not only improve your physical capabilities for daily activities and sports but also enhance your body composition, building lean muscle while boosting overall fitness. Experience workouts that translate to a more capable, confident life beyond the gym.
Morning Mobility is a 30-minute blend of stretching and integrative movement, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-8:00AM. Open to all members, non-members can join for a drop-in fee of $15. This session concentrates on enhancing flexibility, balance, and fortifying the range of motion in each joint of the body.
Experience a modern twist on aerobics in a non-stop, action-packed mix of cardio, toning, and push tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. This no-equipment format uses simple, set choreography and will become the cardio workout you never dread. HIGH is easy to follow and a total blast! Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go high or you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH.

In April 2017, Dan, Jeff, Bri, and Taylor founded SkanStrength as a personal training studio. Since then, we've grown into a multi-faceted sports, play, healing, and fitness facility serving individuals from childhood through their entire lifespan.
The challenges of COVID-19 prompted us to rethink our approach. We took a critical look at our community's needs, leading to an expansion of our services and a renewed focus on accessibility and flexibility.

I've been going to Skan Strength for over 2 years now. My overall health has improved dramatically. The variety of exercises Jeff takes us through keep the visits interesting. The camaraderie of the others that join us in the morning is a big bonus. It all makes exercising fun ... believe it or not.
My overall strength is strong and getting stronger and my balance is improving as well as cognitively I feel a difference. I love the overall atmosphere where you see some wonderful people I know and where I meet new faces.

So my children have been attending Skan strength and fitness for just about a year… the environment programs and hands on approach from the physical trainers/ owners is amazing. They really put your/ your child’s needs first. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone starting for themselves or their student athletes.

My 11 year old son attends the after school program 2 days per week with Dan and Nate. He loves it and we are so thrilled to bring him to this great family run gym. Dan and his team are kind and encouraging- it’s what you hope it would be. The facility is large, clean and most importantly safe.
