Payment Information At SkanStrength, we accept payment in the following forms:

• Checks made payable to "Skaneateles Strength & Conditioning, LLC"
• Cash payments accepted

Our Business Philosophy 

As a local, family-owned business, SkanStrength combines the personal touch of small business ownership with professional service standards. We continuously strive to improve our offerings while maintaining clear, fair policies that benefit both our customers and our operation.

Payment Information Standard Payment Schedule:

• Full payment required minimum 2 weeks before first scheduled session (unless booked within 2-weeks of start date, if that is the case, depending on how close it is to your start date, payment deadline will be adjusted accordingly)
• Payment serves as commitment for facility usage
• Early payment ensures availability in our high-demand indoor facility

Split Payment Option

For those preferring multiple payments, we offer a two-payment schedule:

• First half due 2 weeks prior to start date
• Second half due at midpoint of rental schedule
• Additional $200 non-refundable deposit required for split payment arrangement

Cancellation & Refund Policies Single Session Cancellations:

• 24+ hours notice: Session credit issued, valid for 6 months
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund or credit issued
• Weather-related cancellations: Session credit issued, valid for 6 months
• No-shows: 0% refund, no credit issued

Long-Term Rental Cancellations (5+ Sessions): Cancellation Timeline | Refund Percentage

• 3+ weeks before start date | 75% refund
• 2-3 weeks before start date | 50% refund
• Less than 2 weeks before start date | 25% refund
• Mid-schedule cancellation | 25% refund of remaining sessions

Electronic Signature Agreement 

By completing this document electronically, you agree that:

• Your electronic signature, including checking boxes and typing your name, is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature on this document.
• You consent to be legally bound by this document's terms and conditions.
• You agree that no certification authority or other third-party verification is necessary to validate your electronic signature.
• You are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding agreement.

Legal Binding Agreement 

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between SkanStrength (Skaneateles Strength & Conditioning, LLC) and the undersigned client. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the extent required to permit its enforcement in a manner most closely representing the intentions as expressed herein.

Amendments and Modifications 

SkanStrength reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these policies and procedures at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email and/or posted at our facility with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our facilities after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
