After School Fitness Program Overview

Our Youth & Teen Training is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program designed specifically for 5th graders-12th graders. This structured after-school and summer program focuses on teaching safe, effective training methods while building a foundation for lifelong fitness. Participants develop strength, power, speed, coordination, and endurance in a supportive environment that prioritizes proper technique and gradual progression. Beyond physical development, our program nurtures self-confidence, healthy habits, and social connections that extend well beyond the gym. Whether your child is an athlete looking to enhance performance or new to fitness entirely, our approach meets them where they are while preparing them for where they want to go.

Prices range between $25-$30.00 per session

Athletic clothes, supportive shoes, and a water bottle. All training equipment is provided.

For best results, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week, but the program can be tailored to any schedule.
