We teach proper form, build strength and athleticism, and establish healthy fitness habits. Designed for both competitive athletes and newcomers, our program develops physical skills and confidence in a supportive environment.
Girls Power Hour provides female-led strength training for young women in a supportive environment. Our after-school and summer program teaches proper workout techniques, builds strength, and develops confidence. Participants learn to navigate weight rooms with knowledge and self-assurance under expert female guidance.
FIT40: Athletic-focused 40-minute workouts designed for busy schedules. Build strength, mobility, and fitness in efficient sessions that fit your lifestyle. Drop in when you can - no rigid commitments required.
30-minute morning stretching and movement session to improve flexibility, balance, and joint mobility. Tuesdays/Thursdays 7:30-8:00AM.
Modern, high-energy cardio workout combining aerobics and toning. Simple choreography makes it easy to follow yet challenging. Adaptable for all fitness levels with low-impact options available.
